  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.
  • Some items, such as gift cards, personalized products, or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.

2. How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Please include the RA number with your return to help us process it more quickly.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the item you want is available and shipped promptly.
  • We do not charge restocking fees for exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number for faster processing.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as “final sale”
    • Personalized or customized items

7. Order Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.

8. Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
